make sense of your story

This 6-week group will introduce participants to the Why and How of story engagement through the reading and discussion of Make Sense of Your Story by trauma therapist Adam Young*. While this is not a therapy or story engagement group, participants will be invited to consider foundational aspects of their personal stories as they read. This group is great for people who are curious about story work, or who have done some story work and would like to learn more. Discussion will be led by Erin Holler, who has earned Certification in Narrative Focused Trauma Care® from The Allender Center, well-known for its expertise in trauma-informed narrative care and personal story work.

Group size: up to 9 participants
Wednesdays, January 7-February 11, 6:30-8:30p
Cost: $120.

(Participants will need to purchase their own books.)
